1. Finance, Tax and Accounting Assistant Manager
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- achelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in
- Finance Accounting Tax as Supervisor or
- Assistant Manager (in F&B company is preferred)
- Familiar with ERP system such as Oracle/ Accurate / Microsoft Dynamics / SAP
- Familiar with F&B company business process
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct planning, organizing, and controlling in the Finance, Accounting, and Tax divisions
- Present data analysis and recommendations for improvements related to the company’s business process flow
2. Employee Relations Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Min. 2 years experiences as Employee Relation or Industrial Relation
- Have in-depth knowledge of industrial relations law, labor law and its amendments
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creating, registering, and socializing Company Regulations
- Ensuring the completeness of the company’s employment permits
- Resolving industrial relations disputes includes following up on reports regarding violations of company regulations in collaboration with related parties etc.
- Conducting employee relations coaching to create conducive work environment for all parties.
- Collaborating with HR, Supervisors, Managers, Legal Advisors, and external consultants to resolve employee issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain a harmonious work environment
3. Quality Control Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or similar
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Quality Control (in F&B company is preferred)
- Strong in analytical skills
- Understand regulations related to food safety, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Understand ISO9001:2015, Sampling methods, Ms. Office, and Visio
- Familiar with 7QC tools

- Ensure work processes in the field comply with existing SOP/IK/STD
- Analyze and identify related product defect reports
- Ensure existing work processes are in line with applicable regulations
- Evaluating documents and implementing standards related to food safety
4. Business Analyst Staff
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/Actuarial Science/Business Management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Bl, and SQL (SQL knowledge is a plus) data management Experience with systems (ERP,CRM)
- Understanding of business concepts and management
- Ability to use mathematical models and simulations for forecasting
- Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork, and data visualization skills

- Monitoring structured and unstructured data to identify improvement opportunities
- Analyzing emerging data patterns
- Providing recommendations based on emerging data patterns
- Creating analytical models and simulations to predict outcomes or forecast

- Collaborating with teams to develop business solutions
5. Finance Intern
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Final year student/ fresh graduate in
- Accounting or Financial Management
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel with purchase invoice
- Familiar documents and financial transactions
- Teamwork, detail-oriented and analytical thinking
- Willing to work onsite at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
