What are we looking for?

• Undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
• Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (might be higher for some positions).
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta, PIK.
• Able to fully work from vivo office Monday Friday,9 am -6 pm
• Able to fulfill the internship program for at least 4 months (extendable until a total of 1 year).
• Aware that this is not a pre-recruitment for full-time employees

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Final year student majoring in Human Resource Management/Psychology/Industrial
• Engineering or other related major
• Full Professional Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus point).
• Proactive, Driven, Goals & Details Oriented, Fast learner.
• Good Analytical Thinking and Interpersonal skills
• High interest and love recruiter tasks

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Assist the recruitment team from screening candidates, and interviews to the onboarding process
• Responsible for employer branding from social media and maintaining our partnership with universities
• Handle recruitment reporting and other tasks given by superior
• Handle recruitment data management.
• Work closely with users to understand their staffing requirements and specific job objectives

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Familiar with all social media platform that operating in Indonesia
• Have any interest in community.
• Know any fundamentals related to creating contents (social media, video, etc).
• Able to operate various computer programs such as Google, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites or any visual creation program is bonus (PS, Capcut).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Supporting iQOO & vivo social media, KOL, & community daily operations.
• Assisting for social media/KOL/community content checking, feedback, and revision process.
• Cross department following up approval process.
• Assisting content production (video/snackable) process.
• Supporting for community activity, including KOC operations and monthly activity.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and original design work (can include academic projects).
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g, After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

• Assist in designing digital and print materials, including website landing pages, banner ads, posters, and pos materials
• Collaborate with the design and brand teams to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
• Prepare and refine graphics, illustrations, and layouts for final production.
• Research design trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Support the team with other design-related tasks as needed

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Proficient in rendering and 3D design using basic applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or SketchUp.
• Preferably a DKV graduate.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills
