1. Production Operator
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year experience in food or beverage manufacturing (prior experience as a production operator in UHT processing is a plus)
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
- Team player with exceptional communication skills
- Highly motivated and accountable individual
- Detail-oriented and technically inclined
- Computer proficient (Oracle, HRIS, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Executing production activities in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensuring all workplace activities comply with Standard Safety and Quality guidelines
- Operating machinery and equipment used in UHT product manufacturing
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Monitoring production equipment and promptly reporting any deviations, product quality issues, or other anomalies to the supervisor
- Actively participating in routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Completing all required production documentation accurately and comprehensively
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
2. HR IR & Permit Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial relations or HR field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive labor relations
- Serve as a liaison between management, employees, and LKS Bipartit
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Manage the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of necessary permits and licenses
- Conduct investigations and resolve labor disputes
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters
3. HR Organization Development Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in organizational development or HR field
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs
- Strong project management and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Maintain detailed records of electrical, control, and instrumentation maintenance activities
- Analyze equipment health and generate reports
- Oversee the execution of maintenance plans
- Assign and manage work orders
- Coordinate with the warehouse for spare parts
- Work closely with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with audit recommendations
- Work closely with the maintenance team
- Update the spare-part purchase list
- Evaluate and oversee the execution of Maintenance Program Scheduling (Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Proactive Maintenance)
5. Electrical & Automation Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s/Diploma Degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Planning, Project Control, or Project Administration
- Strong understanding of electrical and engineering systems, drive motion, linear motion, and robotic systems
- Proficient in programming PLC, HMI, SCADA, OPC, and Visual Web-based applications
- Able to read technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical installation schematics

- Design and implement innovative automation solutions tailored to the company’s evolving needs
- Identify critical components within the automation system and develop proactive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance
- Effectively communicate automation maintenance plans with key stakeholders, including maintenance planners, to ensure seamless integration
- Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity gains
- Prepare comprehensive reports to track project progress, highlight key milestones, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
6. Workshop & Building Maintenance Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the dairy industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project control administration
- Strong understanding of utility and facility operations, particularly in ammonia/freon refrigeration systems and electrical distribution
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings (mechanical, wiring diagrams, and electrical installations)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building utility systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established SOPs and safety protocols
- Monitor and evaluate building electrical systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Actively participate in building inspections, report generation, and other facility-related activities
- Contribute to building management through reporting, budgeting, employee development, and operational evaluation
- Support expansion projects within the manufacturing industry, focusing on utility and facility aspects
7. SHE Inspector
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, OHS, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SHE or Project field
- Strong knowledge of SHE, JSA, HAZOP
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Inspect workplaces, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and non-compliance with safety regulations
- Document inspection findings and generate reports with detailed observations and recommendations
- Assist in developing and implementing SHE programs, including emergency response plans, hazard communication programs, and safety training initiatives
- Conduct safety training sessions for employees on various topics
- Maintain SHE records and documentation
- Promote safety culture among all employees, vendors, and contractors
