1. Social Media Manager

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Visual Communication Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven leading experience for cross functional team (social media, creative, content) for at least 2 years in the leadership position

  • Drive social media growth through innovative andengaging contents, ensuring they are executed inline with brand objectives and medical aestheticsindustry trends
  • Lead and mentor social media team to createimpactful content strategies for social media,websites, SEO, and CRM.
  • Oversee the development of monthly and weekly editorial plans across all social media platforms and websites, ensuring content aligns with the medical aesthetic brand’s voice and campaign goals.

2. Key Account Supervisor (GT)

  • Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.

5. Product Packaging Design

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, graphic design, multimedia or a similar field.
  • You have prior experience as a Packaging Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
  • You possess a good knowledge of tools such as Adobe creative suite, 3D design software and other tool or software to support work
  • Have an eye for details and higher sense of aesthetics
  • Able to visualize and communicate design through 3D models and sketching
  • Demonstrate good design thinking and product development process
  • Familiarity with various packaging materials.

  • Proven experience as a TikTok content creator, with a strong portfolio of skincare/ beauty related contents (having at least 1 video with 500k views).
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, features, challenges, and best practices.
  • Excellent creative thinking, story telling and communication skills.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of our brand’s voice, target audience, and marketing objectives.
  • High enthusiasm for staying up to date with pop culture, internet trends, and social media developments

9. KOL Specialist

  • With relevant experience, as a KOL Specialist, Brand Marketing, and Digital Marketing, or a relevant position for at least 1 year in a relevant industry.
  • Experience working with popular Influencer marketing networks with good communication, time management, and negotiation skills, and also an interest in the Beauty and Skin Care Industry
  • A deep understanding of social media platform (especially TikTok) algorithms, features, and trends.
  • Good taste for video quality and ability to share creative ideas.
  • Ability to give insights on market, user, and product; ability to do video data analysis and result target-oriented.

12. Digital Imaging

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital imaging or product photo editing (e-commerce or product-related industries preferred)
  • Excellent eye for design, attention to detail, has a passion for beauty, especially skin care products, can work quickly, thoroughly, and structured within tight deadlines.

  • Can develop attractive visual artwork for marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, brochures, pamphlets, and other materials.
