1. Finance & Accounting Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Working experience in a Holding Company Mining Industry is preferred
- Possession of a Brevet A&B certificate is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial report preparation concepts
- Strong competency in sub-ledger reconciliations.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review and ensure that financial reports are prepared and submitted within the specified timeframe.
- Verify journal entries prepared by accounting staff based on invoices, ensuring compliance with applicable financial standards.
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections and provide weekly reports on budget versus actual performance.
- Assist external auditors during the annual financial statement audit for the company.
- Create aging reports for customer receivables and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Support the Manager in preparing the annual budget and compiling other supporting data
2. Tax Supervisor
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor
- Has a Brevet A & B certification.
- Experienced in handling SP2DK responses and submitting tax refunds
- Proficient in tax concepts and core tax applications (e-SPT and e-Faktur)
- Understand tax reconciliation and equalization
- Capable of preparing annual tax reports and company financial reports
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Preparation of tax reports
- Supervising and ensuring accurate and timely company tax reporting.
- Verify the calculation, reconciliation, and equalization of company taxes based on transactions.
- Coordinate with all divisions to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations
- Liaise with the tax office regarding all company requirements and responsibilities.
- Responding to correspondence from the tax office by attaching reconciliation results and checks, and addressing queries from the KPP
- Providing advice to superiors regarding updates and changes in tax regulations affecting the company
3. Accounting Officer
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Officer in the mining, plantation, or farm industry.
- Has a Brevet A & B certificate will be preferred
- Strong understanding of concepts in preparing financial reports.
- Have strong competency in sub-ledger reconciliations
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for creating daily, weekly, and monthly journals and financial reports
- Post accounting journals into the company’s financial system
- Carry out reconciliation between divisions to ensure the recording of all company transactions.
- Create a sub-ledger for each account in the financial report.
- Collaborate with the Finance division to ensure updates on all transactions for the completeness of company documents
4. Finance Officer
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related major.
- At least 2 years of experience as Finance officer.
- Working experience in a Holding Company or Mining Industry is preferred
- Possession of a Brevet A&B certificate is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning & analysis
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Preparing financial performance analysis reports.
- Participating in the preparation of the annual budget for the company entity.
- Entering all financial transactions into a system.
- Analyzing operational costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
